5. User Responsibilities

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
  • You are not located in, or a citizen or resident of, any jurisdiction where use of our Services would be illegal
  • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to cryptocurrency and financial services
  • You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, private keys, and credentials
  • You will not use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with our Services

6. Third-Party Services and Protocols

Our platform integrates with and displays data from third-party DeFi protocols, blockchain networks, and service providers. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party services.

Your interactions with third-party protocols are governed by their respective terms of service. You acknowledge that we are not liable for any losses, damages, or issues arising from your use of third-party services.

7. No Warranties

Our Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Unauthorized access to your wallet or account

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yields Digital and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of our Services, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another party.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) Administered Arbitration Rules.
